JULIA TORGOVITSKAYA RAPOPORT

Julia Torgovitskaya Rapoport, CEO and President of iCadenza & Cadenza Artists Management, is a trained opera singer who relates first-hand to the ever-changing challenges facing performing artists. She has extensive consulting experience, and her writings have been published in international publications. She earned a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego, sits on the board of directors at Classical KUSC radio and Ohana Arts, and is the co-author of the book Awakening Your Business Brain: An iCadenza Guide to Launching your Music Career.
Sarah Robinson is a flutist and founding member of Helix Collective, a Los Angeles-based ensemble that specializes in multi-media, collaborative performance and recording. As a flutist, she has recorded for television, video games, commercials, and over thirty film scores. She is the director of the Los Angeles Live Score Film Festival and co-director of Classical Revolution: L.A. Sarah is the author of Clubbing for Classical Musicians and presents workshops on alternative venue performance at colleges and universities around the U.S. Sarah serves as a premier Coach for iCadenza.
Client Success and Communications Manager
Elizabeth LaCoste is a flutist based in Southern California, receiving her professional music performance degrees from UCLA (MM) and CSU Long Beach (BM), and is an alumni of the Denis and Erin Bouriakov flute studio. She currently holds the position of principal flute with the American Youth Symphony and has been a featured artist performing in venues such as the Hollywood Bowl, Royce Hall, and the Carpenter Performing Arts Center. Elizabeth has been a success story after participation in iCadenza’s “Be Your Own Agent” course, where she launched her business, sempre|flute, at the beginning of the pandemic. Elizabeth serves as the Client Success and Communications Manager for iCadenza.
Jennifer Rosenfeld, CEO of iCadenza and President & Principal Manager of Cadenza Artists, works with musicians of all genres on identifying and pursuing their professional goals, and overcoming the obstacles that come up along the way. She received her JD/MBA from Stanford Law School and Graduate School of Business, co-authored the book Awakening Your Business Brain: An iCadenza Guide to Launching your Music Career, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association and KDFC, the Bay Area’s classical public radio station.
