Julia Torgovitskaya Rapoport, CEO and President of iCadenza & Cadenza Artists Management, is a trained opera singer who relates first-hand to the ever-changing challenges facing performing artists. She has extensive consulting experience, and her writings have been published in international publications. She earned a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego, sits on the board of directors at Classical KUSC radio and Ohana Arts, and is the co-author of the book Awakening Your Business Brain: An iCadenza Guide to Launching your Music Career.
Lisa Husseini is a coach for creatives and entrepreneurs who has worked thousands of artists, business owners, and administrators in achieving fulfilling and financially sustainable careers. Based in Miami, Lisa has held positions at the New England Conservatory, New World Symphony, and Seraphic Fire. She holds degrees from The Hartt School and New England Conservatory with continued studies at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and Harvard University. Lisa was named a Miami Leader in 2016 and serves on numerous committees and boards of organizations such as College Music Society, Artist Relief Tree, and The Crossing.

Sarah Robinson is a flutist and founding member of Helix Collective, a Los Angeles-based ensemble that specializes in multi-media, collaborative performance and recording. As a flutist, she has recorded for television, video games, commercials, and over thirty film scores. She is the director of the Los Angeles Live Score Film Festival and co-director of Classical Revolution: L.A. Sarah is the author of Clubbing for Classical Musicians and presents workshops on alternative venue performance at colleges and universities around the U.S. Sarah serves as a Coaching Program Manager and Associate Coach for iCadenza.
Jennifer Rosenfeld, CEO of iCadenza and President & Principal Manager of Cadenza Artists, works with musicians of all genres on identifying and pursuing their professional goals, and overcoming the obstacles that come up along the way. She received her JD/MBA from Stanford Law School and Graduate School of Business, co-authored the book Awakening Your Business Brain: An iCadenza Guide to Launching your Music Career, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association and KDFC, the Bay Area’s classical public radio station.
