Julia Torgovitskaya Rapoport, CEO and President of iCadenza & Cadenza Artists Management, is a trained opera singer who relates first-hand to the ever-changing challenges facing performing artists. She has extensive consulting experience, and her writings have been published in international publications. She earned a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego, sits on the board of directors at Classical KUSC radio and Ohana Arts, and is the co-author of the book Awakening Your Business Brain: An iCadenza Guide to Launching your Music Career.
SARAH ROBINSON

Sarah Robinson is a flutist and founding member of Helix Collective, a Los Angeles-based ensemble that specializes in multi-media, collaborative performance and recording. As a flutist, she has recorded for television, video games, commercials, and over thirty film scores. She is the director of the Los Angeles Live Score Film Festival and co-director of Classical Revolution: L.A. Sarah is the author of Clubbing for Classical Musicians and presents workshops on alternative venue performance at colleges and universities around the U.S. Sarah serves as a premier Coach for iCadenza.
JENNIFER FRAIN
Administrative Director
Jen has been involved behind the scenes with iCadenza and Cadenza Artists for over a decade now. She received her Bachelor of Music in vocal performance and music business from Northwestern University and earned her Master of Nonprofit Administration (MNA) from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. From performance to administration, Jen’s career in the arts includes Los Angeles Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, the Rembrandt Chamber Musicians, Pacific Opera Project, among others. She has extensive experience in fundraising, marketing, and cultivating fulfilling and fruitful relationships. She now enjoys local fame as a National Anthem performer.

Jennifer Rosenfeld, CEO of iCadenza and President & Principal Manager of Cadenza Artists, works with musicians of all genres on identifying and pursuing their professional goals, and overcoming the obstacles that come up along the way. She received her JD/MBA from Stanford Law School and Graduate School of Business, co-authored the book Awakening Your Business Brain: An iCadenza Guide to Launching your Music Career, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association and KDFC, the Bay Area’s classical public radio station.
